Take time to make your soul happy. A positive mind, gives a positive vibe and the two give a positive life. Life is short, but it’s the longest thing you’d ever do. Always choose to be happy. You deserve to be happy. You deserve to live a life you’re excited about. Don’t let others make you forget that.

Don’t start your day with broken pieces of yesterday. Everyday is a fresh start. Each day is a new beginning. Every morning, we wake up to another first day of our new life. Choose to be happy.

For the rest of your life, be around people who talk honestly, respect you, empower you, motivate you and give you good vibes.

Vibes are the emotional signals a person gives out to those around them with their body language and social interactions. An example of good vibes is a happy person smiling and having a positive effect on those around them. A distinctive emotional quality or atmosphere that is sensed or experienced by someone.

A vibe is a slang for the word vibration, which is further explained as a person’s emotional state, or the atmosphere of a place, as communicated to and felt by others.

Let me tell you a secret. Trust the vibes you get, energy doesn’t lie. I made this post as a pace setter for the next 3 posts which will come in a series form. Those will be my first hattrick of posts. Yes, anticipate it.

Today I’m simply bringing to you by stating some forms of raising your vibration and some forms of lowering your vibration. This will be another straight forward post, so lets all get ready for it..

I’ve listed above some forms of things to do to raise your vibration. Below are some forms of lowering your vibration.

    • The most common types of sugar is the refined sugar which is known as table sugar or better still white sugar.

      Refined sugars are responsible for a wide array of health problems, such as obesity and excess belly fat, which are risk factors for more serious conditions like diabetes and heart disease.

      White sugar is commonly added to foods like sodas, packaged foods, or ice creams, all of which are considered unhealthy not only because of the high sugar content, but also because these foods contain other unhealthy compounds like high salt, added fats, and artificial colouring.

      Seeing the health implications of refined sugar, it is a wise idea to eliminate, or at least minimize its consumption.

      When doctors and dieticians say cut down on sugar, this is the kind of sugar they refer to.

      As such, when you consider all these facts that draw to a simple conclusion that you’d be sick consuming white sugar is just a bad #vibe
